Regrettably, however it happens and at some point as an employer you are likely to be faced with a situation which unashamedly needs dealing with.

Conflict in the Work Place

The introduction of Employment Tribunal Fees for Claimants places an onus on you to resolve matters in-house, dealing with conflict and effectively managing your employees. Naturally ‘interpersonal friction’ isn’t the only dilemma or predicament you can be expected to come across but according to the CIPD the single most common contributor to conflict is differences in personality or styles of working, supporting a rational view of conflict.
