We share the same professional reputation and work ethic as Alison so it genuinely is a great honour to have such a credible and eminent member on our Associate Team.

Malcom Currie

With over a decade of Trade Union Negotiations behind him Malcom is no stranger to ‘creating harmony’ among employees and employers alike. Zoë Cormack

Zoë Cormack can be described as truly adventurous! Having jumped out of a plane to braving the black ski runs you could say she is an Adrenaline junkie!

She is a ‘straight talker’ so you can be sure Zoë will ‘tell you as it is’, with that in mind she is extremely ethical and very honest.

Gaining a distinction in her Certificate in Personnel Practice (CPP), she was awarded the CIPD South-East Scotland Student Award for her outstanding achievement, she also holds her COSCA Certificate in Counselling Skills.

With a diverse cross section of experience Zoë has over 16 years’ practice in Human Resources, she has honed a rich understanding and diverse experience of HR practice, having worked in organisations ranging from Housing Associations and the Voluntary Sector to entrepreneurs in Fashion Retail, Veterinary and Farming.

She is passionate about contributing to society and social change and does this through her roles as a Board Trustee  HR Director: Dundee Voluntary Action and in her HR Pro Bono work for Inspiring Scotland.

Gillian Sullivan

With over 30 years Generalist HR experience Gillian, fondly known and referred to as ‘Gill’ is a real ‘hands on’ pragmatic person. With a great sense of humour and a really cheery warm disposition she shares our passion for all things ‘people management’.

Previously working for a subsidiary of Canon (UK) Ltd a formidable brand in the international blue chip market she lead a number of significant HR projects including compliance and audit and as such she is not unaccustomed to ‘change’!

Not content with her native bonny Scotland (she likes to travel) she led the HR team at The Newmarket Group so she is no newcomer to excellence in customer service, the travel trade and of course HR!
