Married for over 27 years Annie and Andrew are no newcomers to the business. Combined they have over 47 years experience in Human Resources, Recruitment and Hospitality. They describe their relationship as a truly unique partnership built on friendship, trust, honesty and integrity. Although unequivocally opposite they have worked in harmony on and off for many years.
Annie has almost 30 years HR experience and is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). She is a member of the HR Leadership and the Fellowship Groups for Mid Scotland CIPD.
She has studied with Central Law Training Scotland which is accredited by the University of Strathclyde, Robert Gordon University and Manchester Metropolitan University.
She has been the Membership Advisor for the CIPD Mid Scotland and has coached and mentored for the CIPD North East and Central Scotland. She is a qualified SHL Psychometric and Personality Profile Tester.
With a proven track record in Employment Law, her reputation for honesty and integrity is ubiquitous. Committed to continuous improvement in both skills and service Annie has recently qualified as a Mediator and now offers this service as part of the pHReedom portfolio. Truly passionate about HR adding value, she has a keen interest in all areas of Human Resources.

Andrew has spent most of his career in Hotels and is the Teams Recruitment Specialist. Having successfully passed a HND in Hotel Management at Norwich City College he went on to do Trainee Management in Hotel Operations, reaching Deputy Manager before specialising in HR and in particular Training and Recruitment. He has worked in some of our country’s most prestigious 5 star establishments including those which form part of The Leading Hotels of the World.
He holds the Certificate in Personnel Practice (Perth College) together with a variety of other qualifications including the NEBOSH General Diploma and the NEBOSH Diploma 1 together with the Common Purpose Leadership Programme.
Described as quick witted and versatile, pragmatic and dependable he is an excellent judge of character. Purporting a string of successful ‘recruits’ he is regularly invited to ‘guest speak’ here and overseas due to his dedication, personal aptitude for selecting the right people and his genuine enthusiasm for Talent Management.
Described as confident and conscientious, hardworking and determined Bethany was educated at Kilgraston School for girls. As a ‘boarder’ she was proactively involved with extra curricular activities. A truly positive and driven person she enthusiastically participated in many school events especially those which included ‘debating’! She was a regular Pool Life Guard, mentored the 5th year Maths Homework Group and other individual pupils. She was awarded the coveted Kilgraston ‘Blue Ribbon Award’ for behaviour and the RMPS prize for the highest marks achieved in her class because of her cogent debating and quest for striving for the cause in June 2013.
A keen volunteer she has worked with Crisis Skylight for the Homeless, the Brownies and spent the summer of 2014 helping to rebuild a school in Fiji.
Bethany graduated with a First Class BA Society Joint Honours (Childhood Studies) Degree in July 2016. She brings a diverse perspective to the team. With a prevailing social conscience, she is ideally suited to Human Resources and as such, we are lucky to have her on the team!
